Joined Beijing Dayue Consulting in 2008, and took the lead in completing the investment and financing planning of the Beisi Village in Weiyang, the investment and financing planning of the Weibei Industrial Park in Lintong, Xi'an, and the investment and financing planning of the Nongxin Road in Lianhu, Xi'an, and other regional development investment and financing projects; took the lead in implementing the whole process consultation of PPP projects such as Heyang-Tongchuan Expressway, Xi'an Urban Integrated Pipe Corridor, and Xi'an Happiness Forest Belt China, which have been successfully selected into the list of the third batch of PPP demonstration projects in China; led and completed the landing of fund investment of Shaanxi China-Political and Enterprise Cooperation Fund in Heyang-Tongchuan Expressway, Yanchang - Huanglong Expressway, and the improvement and reconstruction project of the right bank of the Bahe River in the Chanba Ecological Area of Xi'an; led in completing the research work of the inventory asset revitalization project in the field of water affairs in Shaanxi Province, and implemented the gas integration management project in Lintong District of Xi'an City and the stock assets revitalization for PPP project of Shenmu-Pantang Highway Reconstruction. While advancing the project, actively played the leading role of think tanks, and provided multi-theme training and the latest policy interpretation for multi-level government departments, financial institutions and central enterprises in Shaanxi Province; regularly participated in the review of Shaanxi provincial PPP demonstration projects; got involved in the compilation of several monographs.
